Shawn is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! They sent out my new Dungeons and Dragons machine the same day I ordered, gave clear instructions on how to get everything set up, and made the process of purchasing my first machine as smooth as possible! If I could give them a 6th star, I would!
We live nearby Sin City Pinball and decided to stop in. We met the owner, Shawn, who took his time to answer our questions, while also ordering some products for us. The order arrived quickly, but was incomplete.. I got in touch with Shawn again, who fixed my issue overnight. I can’t stress enough the rarity of “exceptional customer service” especially, in 2026. We found it here. Thanks again, Shawn and Sin City Pinball. Looking forward to our next purchase from you!
Went in the morning and picked out a pin, was delivered that afternoon to my place, set up, and even helped me organize my other pins to make a good fit. Great communication, service and overall experience. You can tell the owner is passionate about the product he sells and will be back for more and will refer to my pinhead friends.
Shawn was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Answered all my questions fast, and shipped right away. Jaws pinball box showed up perfect and he even threw in a few extra goodies! Will be back for my next pin
Shawn was fantastic! Purchased a Deadpool NIB and the transaction couldn’t have been smoother. Highly recommend Sin City Pinball if you’re looking for fantastic company to work with when looking for your next pin. I will be back for more purchases. Great experience!
