I love the service here! I drop my items off, and, in less than 24 hours, it's done! Very nice family! I took a old white team sweater to them. Sweater was very dim! Got it back the next day, bright white! Sweater is over 20 yo. Aye! If you want it done right, get at them.
They do good dry cleaning and laundry promptly. They also offer alterations, which are done well.
I love this place and the employees there! They get the job done and are quick with it and they are straight forward/ fair with their pricings! I enjoy going here and I would definitely recommend it!
Took my daughter’s prom dress to get altered since it was a little big on her. They did amazing her dress fits perfectly.

Brought in cardigans made of 100% wool for dry clean only as it says on the inside label, came back to pick up the items, when picking up the item noticed the light green cardigan is TWICE longer and changed its color/and quality ( lost its quality wool feel) this place ruined the shape, size and the color of my items. Did not take ant responsibility over their actions. I will never come back and i will make sure to file a BBB complaint for further actions towards the business that operates destroying items and workers and owner Joe not taking any responsibility for it. After submitting the complaint to BBB the business is a complete scam saying I did not want to pay for the service: this is my reply to them: "I can not BELIEVE THE LIES OF THIS BUSINESS. Never have they mentioned to call the police and me not wanting to pay for the service. I brought in the cardigans, 2 days later I came to pick them up- two made out of 100% merino wool and one 100% cashmere, the one made out of MERINO WOOL was extended to be double size!!! I asked them to pull the cameras for them to see that i brought a shorter version of the cardigan! The one that is light green color was extended to double size after the work they did on it, it looked like it was washed and not DRY CLEANED . I am shocked that they say i did not want to pay. I asked to speak to the owner, they told me he does not speak ENG< and there is a Edwin that will translate, i asked to call Edwin, a female worker did - over the phone he said he remembers me bringing the cardigans and he does NOT remember the size of it. The worker even offered to dry it so that it shrinks to the initial size, i declined as at threat time i did not trust the business with anything. Edwin offered HIMSELF TO WAIVE THE $12 fee for the 3 cardigans, I said this is all that can be done and we hung up on the video call with him (used on the female's phone device). The conversation happened at the shop and they do have video surveillance. I am shocked him saying that police could have been involved. I have never asked for FREE SERVICE, we never raised our voice and / or mention police about me not wanting to pay, the worker right away offered to speak to the owner after i asked for him, she even gave a business card with his name. This business literally destroyed my item and i can not use it as i did before, its 100% merino wool Eileen Fisher item. This is a complete lie of what he is saying, also I was told Joe (the name in the letter) does not speak ENG so he did not even write this. Never have i not paid for services or use lies like they do to cover mistakes instead of apologizing for the damage they cause me."
