I dropped off my engagement photo shoot dress to be dry cleaned and pressed. They did an amazing job, customer service was amazing, and they were quick and affordable. I will always come to them for all of clothing purposes.

Overpriced and poor quality. Stay away from this place! Took my shirts there and had to take them to another place to be properly cleaned.

I dropped off two suit jackets on Thursday for wash and press. They told me it'll be ready by Saturday. I arrived on Saturday, and I was told they will be ready on Monday without explaining why. I arrived on Monday, and I understood why it was delayed... Both of my suit jackets had ink spots on them and they were ruined. Per the guy behind the counter, they failed to check everyone's pockets properly, so everyone's clothing in that wash cycle was affected. He shared that this type of accident happens ONCE A YEAR. I told him the value of each coat, and he offered a check for only 80% of the total value. Did he not hear me? Did he not understand me? Possibly, but he didn't bother to verify the total with me and I was too angry to continue talking, so I took the check and stormed off. We're all human and mistakes happen, and they weren't expensive coats so losing them wasn't a huge setback, but only offering 80% of the coats' values instead of the entire cost was a slap in the face. And I'm relatively new to dry cleaning services, but ink spot errors once per year sounds like a colossal failure rate. This was my first time coming here, and it will be my only time. Hopefully they'll be more paranoid checking everyone's pockets from now on, but until then I'd be careful giving them your business.
