It's always a treat to discover a new local gem, but this one felt less like a business and more like a warm hug for my nervous system. As someone who sleeps with white noise every single night, I've always appreciated the calming effect that sound can have on the brain. Sacred Space took that feeling and elevated it into an experience. Their immersive sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other soothing instruments, felt like a reset button for my entire body and mind. And can we talk about the comfort level? Because this was NOT your average "lay on a yoga mat and hope your hip survives" situation. Sacred Space's Luxury Sound Bath experience features 4-inch memory foam mattresses, self heating eye masks, and every comfort imaginable. It genuinely felt like I was settling into a boutique hotel bed designed specifically for relaxation. The Indonesian sheets were incredibly soft, the bolster and pillows were perfectly supportive, and every detail seemed intentionally chosen to make guests feel cared for. You can tell this wasn't thrown together as someone thoughtfully considered every little touch, and it shows. One of my favorite moments was imagining what this experience must be like in the evening. The studio is already beautiful during the day, but I cannot wait to return at night when the ambient lighting glows from above, creating that dreamy sanctuary atmosphere while I'm cocooned under a heated eye mask listening to the sound vibrations wash over me. Sign me up immediately. What impressed me even more was the pricing. In a city where wellness services can sometimes require a second mortgage, Sacred Space feels refreshingly accessible. Their package options are very comparable to what you'd spend on traditional yoga classes, yet the experience feels elevated and luxurious. The value for what you're receiving is honestly remarkable. Sacred Space describes itself as "more than a yoga studio but as a sanctuary," and after visiting, I completely understand why. Whether you're looking to relax, improve sleep, calm your nervous system, or simply take a break from the chaos of everyday life, this place delivers. I walked in curious and walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and already planning my return visit. Las Vegas is lucky to have a space like this.

Sacred Space Las Vegas is pure magic, and Trish & Ricky are amazing!
From the moment I walked in, every detail felt luxurious and intentional — warm lighting, plush white mats, pillows, heated lavender, chamomile eye pillows and an energy that instantly calmed my nervous system. Trish and Ricky create a soundscape that’s honestly transcendent. The crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and all the instruments they used moved through my body in waves. This isn’t just a sound bath, it’s a full mind-body reset. At the end of the session they served hot delicious tea. Las Vegas needed this serene place. If you’re looking for deep rest and real energetic work, book with them.

One of the most moving and beautiful sound baths I’ve ever experienced. They provide you everything - from a comfy mat, blanket, a heated eye mask, even tea afterwards. The sound was 360 and the place has such a beautiful vibe. I don’t think there’s other place in Vegas that compares, I hope everyone tries it!!
I absolutely loved this class. I went with my sister and we had no idea what to expect, but we were so glad that we made the decision to go. After the class my body felt lighter, my mind was much quieter, and I stayed in an amazing mood for the rest of the day.
The instructor was exceptional. She had such a calming, intuitive presence that it felt like she knew exactly what I needed to hear. Everything she said resonated with me deeply, and the class flowed so naturally from breathwork into the sound bath that I completely lost track of time.
If you’re looking for a way to reset your nervous system, and do something kind for yourself, I can’t recommend this class enough. It was one of the most restorative experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I’ll be booking a second session for this week!
This was quite the experience! This was the first time I have done a sound bath and my bar has been set so high, not sure it can be topped. This space is so beautiful and intimate. The mattresses and pillows were super comfy. The owners were so delightful and you can tell they are passionate about what they do and the community they are building. The experience itself can be described as deep relaxation, I even saw colors during my experience when the gong played. I would do this all over again. The price point is fair so I would definitely be back with some girlfriends who would appreciate this.
I’m an old school yogi who has not practiced in many years. The Sound Bath, Breathwork & Bliss class was pure medicine. The teacher’s depth and mastery made it effortless to drop in, go deep, and feel a real transformation happening. The breathwork flowed seamlessly into a delicious soundbath where I was floating in the abyss, chatting with my higher self. The space feels like a warm, glowing womb, very cozy, nurturing, and perfect for renewal.
