Michael, Cindy, and Miranda are amazing staff!! I showed them a manicure inspo picture and they got straight to work fast on my nail prep. They are so kind, patient, and fun to be around!! We had great conversations and I would definitely come here again ❤️❤️ Nails turned out great!

My experience was so amazing!!!! I was visiting family in the area & needed my nails done. The quality & service is wonderful. I am very particular with the shape of my nails. Julie did an exceptional job!!!!! Thank you Rio nails……

This is a very generous 3 stars. The staff was incredibly kind however service was so slow and disjointed. I really don’t like when they wrap your hands and put them in what I refer to as “hand jail” where you cannot use your phone because of the bulky foil and they are soaking them in pure acetone for close to two hours when ultimately they are still going to drill your nails. The places I have liked either do a quick soak OR sand but not a 2 hour soak and sanding. Another thing I dislike is when you ask if salons can do a design and really can’t. My daughter asked for spiderwebs and a spider and it was so bad the tech just took it upon herself to add a thick coat of glitter to hide the poorly executed design. In the end we had been there so long I just kindly requested they remove the crust off my nails and I skipped the painting and manicure part because I simply could not commit to the time it would’ve taken to get an actual manicure.

Manicure but the clear polish was lumpy and starting peeling off by Sunday and the manicure was Friday.
