Ropa linda pero lo empleados son muy pesados agare una ropa y vi el precio y dije pero si esta es el misml precio de la que queria fui y dije que buscaria otro y fui a buscarlo cuando regrese los empleados solo decian " dijo fue a buscar otro vestido y se fue" y empezaron a reirse y me dio mucho corage este servicio al cliene y poco profesional a demas muy descarado de su parte me dio corajw y iba a irme pero necesitaba ese vestido entonces lo compre
The fact they don't carry XL is ridiculous. But worst customer service experience EVER. I was speaking to a "manager " apparently they don't do refunds with tags attached, 2 days after purchase. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES. CRAPPY CHEAPLY MADE CLOTHING. RUDE MANAGEMENT. I WON'T BE BACK. SPARE YOURSELVES AND SHOP AT CHARLOTTE ROUSSE INSTEAD!!
Love Rhapsodielle but this location is the worst. The employees do not know where their own merchandise is. I asked a girl for leggings and she said they didn’t have any and they were literally feet away from her. Also, when it was time to pay, they didn’t have change for 100 dollar bill Inside a MALL. Their customer service was a one out of 10 they look so bored and un interested - I recommend you go to the other locations
I visited to purchase some shoes for a wedding and I kindly asked the customer service girl who was stocking and fixing the clothes on the floor a question and she was really rude. I decided not to spend my money there. She was working the floor on 2/22/2026 approximately 2:30 pm Caucasian with a short ponytail and a nasty attitude! She definitely looked and acted like she hated her job.
Store needs better staff. They were not welcoming or friendly at all, they were more preoccupied with their inventory with their backs turned towards customers. The store was very dull
Pricing is reasonable on clothing but customer service is horrendous. Employee attitudes are awful and rude. I won’t be back. Out of 12 items I bought one.
