I've gone to Retreat Nail spa for several months now and I like the way Linda listens and makes suggestions. My nails are really cute and natural looking. I also received a good Pedi from Kenneth.

Excellent service by Tina! Kenny is great too. So happy to find my new nail place. Very clean. Great massage chairs.

Walked in on a Saturday evening and got right in. Nice, clean place with friendly techs. Didn’t know the name of my tech, no introduction and no business card or offer to schedule a next appointment. I asked for a full set short stiletto with gel. Paid $50 plus tip, it was reasonable. Just upset no type of hand massage after putting on cuticle oil or after service with lotion. Other than that I was pleased with the outcome.

Biggest mistake ever! We decided to stop here since our regular nail guys are out of town. We were in need of a pedicure for a last minute trip. The lady that did my pedicure was going so fast it wasn’t even enjoyable. I don’t like when they act like it’s a race. It was a lady here before me getting here feet done and I look over and I’m almost done before her and we got the number 4. Lesson learned don’t cheat on your nail tech!

Don’t come here!!! Stay away!!! They will quote you a pedi/mani for $50.00 over the phone and ask when will you arrive BUT once you arrive, they will ask you to wait 30 minutes, however they will prioritize higher service (custom nail) clients. There is gentleman that always seems to be there, he’s usually walking around with a sour suspicious look on his face at all times. This is horribly uncomfortable for anyone. He never smiles. Never shows gratitude for our patronage. On a positive note, the business is nicely decorated, fully equipped, and clean with everything you could possibly want or imagine from a nail salon.

This is by far the worst nail salon ever. They treat clients with disrespect and overcharge you from the original price. Ana was super rude as well. Never going here again after coming for months.
