Quality clothing greatly organized and very fairly priced
Check in was simple and easy. Wait time wasn’t long. I brought in so many new outfits that are name brand, in fashion today and only took two items for less than $6. I ended up taking my items to Buffalo Exchange and they took nearly everything. Don’t waste too much time here.
This place is a rip off. Don't go to this store if you are selling your clothes. Ho somewhere else. The lady was rude, she didn't accept my brand new shoes because they were not laced, I told her I can put the lace on, she said come back the other day! I am 20 mins away and I am not coming back here anymore. Rude!
Do not bring your clothes here to be sold...went 3 times within this week no Customer Service at All..met owner of this store she was very confrontational and worse with me..i was asking questions trying to understand her stores policy..and she said that I was being rude...so I tell her after she said it was a 3 hours wait and I was the first selling in I wonder why..she she it was and event...but I asked what does that have to do with me as far as selling...said if I don't want the 3 hour wait don't leave them...i did..and she only tried to buy 4 items..so when I returned...i told her I'm not selling them to her store..thank you but NO Thanks...it's a waste of time..at this store...Don't buy are Bring your clothes to this store to sell!! NICE ITEMS I HAVE... and will be taking them to Buffalo Exchange on This Sunday...
I took three bags of clothes to this location, mind you all gently used name brand items like Abercrombie, American Eagle, and Nike. All sizes L-XL which they do not have a lot of at this location. Waited 2 hours for them to take one pair of pants for $3. I get that they can’t take everything but at this point you wasted my time and gas money. If you only want fast fashion shein clothes just say that or be upfront that you have too much inventory. I will never try to sell clothes or shop here again.
