They have cute clothes. Although, for a place that is looking for a new owner and won’t accept donations because their inventory is full they are EXPENSIVE for a thrift store. Jeans are $15-$30. I had to haggle with the cashier about a hand bag with a shoulder strap hanging on by a thread. Started at $10 which is crazy, and went down to $7, then $5. I thought this would be an alternative to goodwill and savers since they are getting expensive as well.
The store overall isn’t bad, but one of the employees was extremely rude. If you don’t like your job, maybe it’s time to find another one. I accidentally picked up an item because everything was mixed together, and she charged me for it. When I said I didn’t want it, she told me I could just keep it because it had already been scanned. I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t want. Just do your job and remove the item. She didn’t even say hi, thank you, or anything. I was with a friend, and she checked out first. As soon as my friend finished paying, the employee just walked away without saying a word. I like the clothes, but the customer service is terrible.
* This is the worst place to take your clothes they never take anything and they always give you excuses,the staff working there don't know what they want to buy 😡🤬 not happy!!they sell everything expensive but they give you $1 for what ever you have, and no excuses this is the truth.
Absolute waste of time. Everything in the store looks the same and has no sense of style. They have no rhyme or reason of what they will actually buy from you. They also can’t explain what they base decisions on. More worth your time to just throw the clothes away
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Walked in for THE FIRST TIME, I wasn’t sure how the process worked. There was two girls standing behind the counter, NO ONE in front of me, so I walked up with a smile. I am a very shy and timid person, and as I walked up (mind you I haven’t said a word yet or been greeted or asked if I’m selling bc clearly I had a big bag in my hand) and as I’m walking to the front desk (NO CUSTOMER WAS THERE) someone else came through the door and right behind me and walked up (I still haven’t gotten a word out at this point) and the mixed girl behind the counter VERY RUDELY says “She was before you !!!!” I step back very confused by her tone because clearly I was confused and haven’t even been asked if I’m selling or even greeted yet. No one was at the counter it wasn’t like I was cutting I was simply trying to find where to check in. I didn’t engage in any mean exchange, I just backed all the way up and said sorry I didn’t know the process. A nice Asian lady could tell how rude she was being and assisted me with kindness. I brought in a Marc Jacob’s AUTHENTIC leather tote bag originally $350 online SPOTLESS TEAR LESS and with authentication papers and the cover bag it came with and I kid you not they offered me $9. At a certain point it gets disrespectful. I had to ask her again if I was hearing her correctly, I had a horrible experience and am definitely coming to look and talk to the manager tomorrow. I have time stamps of when I arrived to look at any footage to show there was no reason that mixed girl had to speak to me that way. Respectfully if you hate your job find a new one.
I’ve tried going multiple times to sell and it’s always all pass. Most of my items are new or great condition. The store items there are bad quality and they won’t even purchase similar items of mine in better condition. I went with someone to sell and a few minutes later they got a text the items is ready for pick up. It’s like they don’t even check them. So not worth it, I even tried calling before to confirm the items they are looking to purchase. Just like the other reviews don’t even bother coming here to sell, it’s such a waste of time. The other location is way better and staff is more friendly.
