Maria helped me out last Saturday when we went for the UFC fight. It was my 1st time ordering there and she was super patient and broke down how everything worked for me in a super professional and straightforward manner. Staff was fantastic. The food is worth every penny. We ordered 3 different pizzas all were different styles of pizzas Detroit, Sicilian and and regular pizza. The Sicilian is a tough pizza to cook. It was not doughy but cooked to perfection. Kids loved their cheese pizza. The Detroit pizza was also made to perfection. Thank you for a great experience to the staff. Host, server and cooks were perfect. I am sorry I forgot to write down the names. Next time... and there will be a next time. I will get the names for recognition. To the management please tell your employees they hit perfection. Another stop at the Rock... We had 2 servers this time. Both were excellent. Cost was under 20 per person. Food came out fairly quickly. We had the Neapolitan pizza and a Sicilian pizza garlic rosemary fries to start. The fries were gone quickly. My family loved them. Both pizzas were cooked perfect and not doughy. It was clean and I love the way it's decorated.
I’ve been wanting to check out Pizza Rock at Green Valley Ranch, and it definitely lived up to the hype. We started with the zucchini fries, which were crispy, light, and the perfect appetizer to share. For pizza, we ordered the New Yorker and the Detroit Red Top with pepperoni, ricotta, and roasted garlic. The New Yorker had that classic foldable, thin-crust bite with a great balance of sauce and cheese. The Detroit-style was the standout for me—thick, airy crust with crispy caramelized edges, and the combination of pepperoni, creamy ricotta, and roasted garlic was packed with flavor. The service was friendly, the restaurant had a fun, energetic atmosphere, and everything came out fresh. If you’re looking for quality pizza with plenty of styles to choose from, Pizza Rock at Green Valley Ranch is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back to work my way through the rest of the menu.
Alex exemplified top tier customer service on a busy Saturday night! We went out of our way to visit this pizzeria and we were VERY pleased with the product! Crisp pepperoni your thing? Do yourself a favor and stop here!
Amanda was a fantastic server. This is the best pizza in Vegas by far. We had the mob boss pizza and it was delicious. We had four at the table and could not finish it all.
