Parlour Wine Bar & Eatery in Henderson delivered an absolutely phenomenal dining experience this past Friday, standing out as a masterclass in both culinary execution and hospitality. The food was spectacular, starting with the Filet-O-Shrimp and a perfectly charred, tender grilled octopus that set a remarkably high bar for the evening. The crispy green beans were an addictive, texture-rich delight, but the absolute crown jewel of the meal was the Brie Burger. This masterpiece featured perfectly smashed house-ground beef blanketed in rich, creamy aged brie and peppery arugula, all elevated by the brilliant contrast of sweet fig jam and a deeply savory roasted sweet onion marmalade on a flawless brioche bun.
What truly transformed this incredible meal into an unforgettable evening was the exceptional beverage pairing curated by Sommelier Matthew Lindsay Loren. His expert recommendation of a stunning Italian wines harmonized beautifully with the diverse flavor profiles on our table, cutting through the richness of the brie and complementing the charred notes of the seafood with effortless grace. The ambiance matched the high caliber of the menu, blending sophisticated charm with an inviting, energetic warmth. Saying the food here is “good” would be insulting. Such great balance of flavor. I wish we could pick “one” thing that stood out but can’t. The ceviche or oxtail tacos is what won it for us. The entire menu did.
Let’s get into service. Greg our Server was fantastic. Super attentive even though the restaurant was booked. Blows my mind how well he handled composure being the only one there on an unexpected busy night.
Chef Antonio Nunez is a great guy. Puts his heart and passion into the food he created and is the definition of “quality over quantity”. He could name off the top of his head exactly where is cheeses, meats, and products come from. Very impressed and very happy to have meet with him.
Vibe - check…. They’re still in the process of building the outdoor patio. Once that’s done, it’ll be phenomenal. Also don’t forget they have live music!!

I enjoyed the ambiance and live entertainment. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Which I really appreciated. The air conditioning wasn’t working but they checked on us continuously and made sure we had plenty of water. I’m looking forward to going back.
This place really surprised me! The menu was creative and inspiring. Our server/bartender Alysia was very knowledgeable about the menu and could make any drink you requested. Highly recommend this place for any occasion.
