Used Odyssey for the first time based on prior reviews. I was not disappointed. Prompt, informative, very competent and Jeff was extremely pleasant and personable. This is a 5 star scenario for certain!

Called Odyssey in the evening (after hours) to describe a GFI That would not reset causing us to lose power in bathroom and go Rolladens. Jeff kindly walked use through our options and offered to work us into his schedule if the situation did not resolve after letting things dry out after our recent cloudburst. Fortunately they did resolve as he thought might be the case so we are up and running. His responsiveness and kindness are greatly appreciated. His work for us in the past was excellent and we certainly will utilize his services for our electrical needs in the future.
