We took our Quinnie bunny here for emergency care. Quin was Unfortunately to far gone with her unknown cancer diagnosis and went into cardiac arrest by the time we got her there. Dr. Moore was nothing short of amazing. She was kind, fully transparent and empathetic. The staff was kind as well. We appreciate the end of care She received with you guys. ❤️

I went to Lone Mountain Animal hospital yesterday based on an emergency for my bearded dragon. I gotta say, I was more than satisfied.
I had the pleasure of working with Dr. McNeal and she will now be my vet for the future. It was my first time seeing her for exotics and im so happy my regular vet isnt treating exotics anymore. Now I get to work with McNeal! It was actually my regular exotics vet who referred me to Lone Mountain Animal Hospital.
She gave me several options instead of handing me a 1k bill and saying she would recommend everything like most vets do. The staff was wonderful as well as the front desk.
Thank you Lone Mountain! Glad I found you!

I wanted to wait a full week until my Nutless wonders made a full recovery before posting.
I called on 07/03/26 to make an appointment for a wellness check/shots for Indica and Sativa (both male cats). I was surprised they had a morning appointment open after the holiday on the 5th at 9am, so I took it.
I arrived and met with the front office staff and the girls were just chill and very helpful. They walked me through all the paper work to have them signed in, which took maybe 10 minutes give or so. I met with the tech and doc, they both provided information on what was going to happen next. Doc took them back to the exam room and 10-15 minutes later, they were returned. I asked doc when we could schedule the removal of the family jewels, was told Monday morning at 9am.
Following morning, I arrived and met with the same front office staff, got them signed in and was taken back 15 minutes later. I was informed they would call with updates (when the surgery stated, ended/recovery and pick-up). I picked them up at 1:30 and they were not happy (I get it, neither would I).
I was given post-op instructions on after care with some pain meds on deck by their vet pharmacist. One week later, they are running around like nothing happen; and whoever took care of Sati's hair patches....just freaking awesome, I had so many issues with that. :)
me gusta esta clinica porque cuidaron muy bien de mi Akira cuando la operaron para no tener babies, estuvieron muy al pendiente de ella en y despues de la operación y la Dra Geiger es muy buena con mi niña 🐶
Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Dr. Moore and the ladies that helped me with my Pomeranian khloe . We called and got in same day with an appointment as a new patient on a Sunday. They were super kind and showed they really cared. Dr. Moore really took her time answering all my questions as well as explaining what was going on with my pup. I couldn’t be more thankful for the care they gave me and my khloe.
This place is so caring, kind and they take their time with your pets. Even tho it was things I don’t wanna hear I will continue to believe Winnie my guinea pig receives a miracle. Highly recommend!
