Arthur and his crew are amazing! Arthur was working the register, and suggested their fresh out of the oven pizza! Taste of authentic NY pizza, biiiig pizza slices! Beautiful, fresh salads! Those tiramisu cakes look so tempting!!! Def have to give them a try! They are so heart warming and very good hosts!
Sadly no photos since I absolutely demolished my pizza lol
I'm trying to find the best NY slice and Joe's didn't disappoint. The server even said he would prepare it more thin than they might usually do. Can't complain, it had the right amount of salt, cheese and sauce. I'll definitely be going back. I took to go.

Bought pizza here for a team dinner and it was delicious! The White Spinach pizza is amazing. All of them reheat super well too next day. Ordered for pickup through the website and it was easy and on time.
Brady and Micheal are absolutely incredible! Love them tons, amazing with customer service and organized, thank you guys so much

First time we've ever had Joe's NY Pizza. I found this place while searching for a "Taco Pizza"- I know, it sounds bizarre. Every year in May I order a Taco Pizza from Papa Murphy's as a nostalgic pizza for me. But it's seasonal so I was super hyped up to find a pizza place here in town that has one.
The restaurant itself is small and quiet. Nice dining booths to sit at if you choose to eat in. The employees were very nice and welcoming.
I was really excited to try this place as the reviews seemed really good. The owners make some pretty funny TikTok/Instagram videos and they respond to all of their Google reviews, good or bad. All green flags.
It was a 20 minute drive for me there, and 20 minutes back home. The pizza and the garlic knots filled my car with an amazing aroma of fresh, hot pizza. It smelled divine.
As I got home and opened the box, I was very disappointed that they forgot the crushed chips to go on top of the Taco Pizza. That was one of the big selling points for me honestly, and for it to be missing was a let down. I also asked for the pizza to be double cut, but it was cut regularly and the slices were very large.
I also ordered the homemade ranch. We love our ranch so we were really excited to try it. However, they gave us a cup of sour cream and we were missing our ranch that we paid for.
Overall, the taco pizza was very good. I feel like it could have had more beans as I didn't taste any beans, but that's my personal preference. It would have been an easy 5/5 stars had we of gotten our ranch, and the crushed chips.

Unfortunately, the customer service isn’t worth dealing with them. Today was my last time ordering from here.
I placed an order for delivery and, once my around my delivery time approached, called the restaurant to check on it. I was initially told they assumed DoorDash was picking it up, even though nothing on my order indicated it would be delivered by a third party. Then the explanation changed to, “Our delivery person didn’t want to take that one.” I’m sorry…what?
I asked what they were going to do to make the situation right. Instead of taking responsibility for an order that never went out, I was offered only a small partial refund and told I would still have to pay for the pizza if I drove there myself to pick it up. I arrived within five minutes.
When I got there, they immediately knew who I was, but instead of owning the mistake, they acted like the order had already gone out and had been delivered—even though I never received a callback after telling them I was on my way. The attitude was dismissive, and one employee even laughed as if the situation was over. And he even lied, saying that they didn’t have a manager, not on site but in general.
Yes, I lost my patience. I don’t normally react that way, but the combination of poor communication, conflicting explanations, zero accountability, and complete inefficiency pushed me over the edge.
In the end, I got my pizza and a substantial refund, but that doesn’t change the experience.
Good pizza isn’t enough to keep me coming back. When your own employee admits the delivery driver simply “didn’t want to take” a paid order, and their response is to make the customer absorb the inconvenience instead of fixing the problem and giving the customer a favorable outcome to come back, that’s a serious customer service failure.
Bring back quality customer service. Or maybe Henderson never had it—I don’t know because I’m not originally from here, and I’m simply not used to this level of disorganization, inefficiency, and lack of accountability.
I don’t need a disingenuous response from the restaurant. I simply will not be returning and will turn anyone I can away from this spot.
