Unfortunately, my dog was not on her good (let alone best) behavior this morning and nipped at the staff member. The response was a kind and responsible refusal to accept her at this time. While the refusal was disappointing, the fact that they were willing to forego making money to protect staff members and other pets was impressive.

My pup had her evaluation today. Everything went smoothly and staff was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to her stay for the 4th of July weekend.

Love this place and so does my dog tyson. The people are friendly.The place is clean and my dog's tail is wagon when we walk in the door a sure sign that they treat him good

Captain has been attending HoundsTown for daycare and boarding for about a year now, and we’ve had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and Captain always comes home happy and tired after a fun day of playing.
