The front desk associate was very helpful and friendly. This is a great studio that you can have life changing results IF you put in the work. They will assist, guide, and facilitate but you got to do the work!

I’m so grateful to find a new HOTWORX home. 🙏 I’m excited to be a part of the Black Mountain team. Staff member, Red, was wonderful in signing me up. A special lady. She took the time to show me the app & I received a gift packet bundle for money off merch & free workouts. Didn’t receive any of the above at another location. Have heard wonderful praises about the owner Holly. The facility is Spotless! Not what I’m used to coming from another location either! As I walked in a client leaving said “Welcome Home” when I said I need a new “HOTWORX Home.” So kind! I’m not used to this kindness and class coming from another location. Look forward to getting in to the routine & enjoying workouts. I’m down 22 pounds! Woo Hoo! 🙌 My favorite classes are: Pilates, Core, Cycle, Thunder, & Blast. Happy I found my workout people.

I love the fact that hotworx offers unlimited classes 24/7. Really useful since I work at night. The infrared saunas are so relaxing & energizing + the merch is really cool.
