The ice cream is delicious but their team is even better. Noni helped me out today and she was so friendly and personable. She even got me to try some new flavors that I wouldn't have tried otherwise and I liked them! I went with my usual butter pecan because that was what I was after, but I will definitely be trying the flavors she recommended me next time. Excellent customer service and the interaction was delightful!

I've been to Handel's Ice Cream in San Diego (all over), Peoria and Portland. So happy to see Handel's in Vegas. I'm a creature of habit and would always get vanilla or chocolate. I've had both flavors and the ice cream is soft and tasty. I like how organized they are. Order at the counter then someone will make your order. This location as like the others get very busy so be patient. Overall, great spot and yummy.

Ice cream was delicious. I had peach😋. The only downside is there's not a lot of seating.

In terms of the ice cream options, relative value, and delicious taste, easily 5⭐️. My big complaint is the utter lack of any seating. The roped off line takes up the entire lobby and it does not make senses. Redo the line so it takes up way less space and add seating. The little two person benches are awkward. One outdoor table is almost as if they forgot to order one until the last minute. Ice cream shops are places where people get it and eat it there on do not understand this at all. I would pick another place as a regular spot simply because me and my family need to sit down somewhere to enjoy the treat before it melts.
