Araceli jacobsom was very nice and kind to my 7 year old daughter the pogo stick my daughter wanted didn't have a price tag she called over the manager he took the pogo stick made my daughter cry 😭 and said they had to come back tomorrow the next day so they can put a tag on it which I don't know why the manager couldn't just get another tag so my daughter could have the pogo stick but Araceli wrote my daughter's name and put the sticky note. On the back of her phone and told my daughter I will hold this for you 💯💯🥰 so the next day I go back to get the pogo stick thank God she was there cuz I went right up to her and she remembered us she went to the back and the pogo stick was on the floor for sale again she was very kind and nice this employee people like this you need to keep because they care Very cleaned and there's organized store a lot to choose and find

One of the most well organized, clean GW in the Southwest US. Staff was very friendly, telling us about the discount for the day and helping load our purchases safely. Inventory was pretty good too and well priced.

This place is horrible. I am an avid thrifter and came to this location to thrift some vintage items for my sisters new home. While I was there I did a little summer shopping as well. This location was extremely dirty, it smelled, and the girl at the counter refused to honor the discount of the day even though it was the matching color tag that was presented on the front plaque at the door. And the prices seemed inflated. What would typically cost me $1-8 for a dress at other locations was tagged here for $23. Which seems outrage for goodwill pricing. I’ll stick to heading to Fremont for thrift items instead. I knew goodwill was a scam before but this just validated other people’s comments. They are not for the people as they claim.

Worst goodwill ever. Came here for the first time ever and it was really stinky. Not a wide variety and shelves are very understocked. Will not be coming back here again
