I recently started going to Glow Sauna Studios in Henderson, NV, and I couldn’t be happier.
I had a great experience with Alexandra, Holly, and Taylor. They were responsive, accommodating, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. From the moment you walk in, the studio feels inviting and spotless. The staff also take the time to explain the different lighting options for the blue, red, and green light bed I use. It’s modern and far more advanced than the older beds at other studios in the area.
Great equipment, and a phenomenal team. It can’t get better than that.

Had such an awesome experience at this place! My best friend and I used one of the cabins and added the salt mist, and red light tower. We felt amazing afterward, and the entire exp was so relaxing and healing! I am making Glow Sauna a regular part of my health journey.

Recently I came back for a little since I moved to a whole different state! I saw this place and was so intrigued because I love sweating and I love red light therapy! So I tried this place through class pass and I kid you not I have been going everyday! I just came back from it and I have two more booked later haha It’s my new favorite self care activity! I absolutely love Glow Studios! This is an integral piece of my well-being puzzle.. from the time you enter there are light aromatics and a calming host. The Pods with the added halotherapy is a must.. showers and amenities are clean and “spa” centered.
