Staff(or owners?) were knowledgeable and uniquely playful. We very much enjoyed being in their store for the maybe 10 min that we were. They were able to swiftly diagnose the issue we were having and let us know it was a quick fix. That was very kind of them.

Look it’s a family owned business. You need to have patience. This place is a godsend for gamers especially with nostalgia. I recommend going in and talking to them. They are very patient and if you listen they are always willing to help. This truly is the best place to come get anything video game related fixed! Some of the They also have a bunch of retro video games of all console types.
Highly recommend, easy to find location, Brian was awesome, has a great collection of games and gear. I got a great deal on some Wii games I sold there, overall, a five star establishment! Rocking!
Went in to repair my wife's Dreamcast with a disc read error. He fixed it and now she's enjoying her games she used to play as a kid. I love supporting small businesses like this so I will be coming back for any additional repairs for other consoles.
Five stars because of the very nice owner and he was really kind about when my controller had a unusable drift and I got a free replacement. Highly recommend going there.
