My daughter was a in a car accident and her phone ended up in a pool of dutch brothers frozen shark attack. Being a teenager who works, she relies on her phone for EVERYTHING. We purchased her a new phone and hoped to be able to transfer the data from her old phone. Since it had been submerged in sugary slushy that proved to be an impossible task. We took her phone to Gadgetmates and they were extremely honest with us telling us the possibility of data recovery was slim but they would try. Jose, is truly a miracle worker. Not only was he able to recover her data he was able to put it all on the new phone. I do not know how he did it, but he truly is a master of his craft. In a week where my daughters world felt like it was imploding, being able to have her phone recovered is the biggest win for her right now. The kindness and compassion all of the staff at Gadgemates has show us over the last two days, and the impeccable work done by Jose and the team there is truly a gem here in Las Vegas. I cannot recommend them enough, and we will absolutely go back anytime we are in need.

Today I was desperate for help trying to sign up for a driver app using my cell phone. After (8) hours of attempting to complete the sign-up process, the platform kept rejecting my submissions. Finally I decided to go into the GadgetMates Store located near where am living. Jonas, an associate at this business, waited on me, and after troubleshooting the issue was able to solve my problem. I want to give a shout out to GadgetMates and to Jonas for his excellent customer service!!!

Wow! These guys really took care of me. Replacing the screen on my phone at 5:30pm on a Friday afternoon while I waited. Turns out I paid $40 less than what another shop quoted me a week later just out of curiosity. Sounds like I made the right choice. 😉 Thank you GadgetMates! ♥️
