ELAINE IS SO AMAZING AT HER JOB!! :,) she’s such a lifesaver and helped me out so much, going to such huge lengths to help me find the dress i needed and keeping in close contact with me to keep me updated on where to find it. this store + company better treat her so well, she’s the sweetest and so wonderful <3

My daughter really likes the merchandise from Francesca’s and we go to another Francesca’s location quite often. We’ve gone to the Francesca’s location at the Green Valley District about 3 times now. The last 2 times we were there, the store associate, Lisa, was really rude. I felt like she was being discriminatory towards us and thought my daughter was trying to steal or not buy anything even though we always buy something when we go to any Francesca’s. I’m not sure if it’s because we are Hispanic or she just thinks we don’t have money or are dishonest, but this really bothered me and I could tell this really bothered my 12 year old daughter as well. I didn’t want to confront her, but I don’t think she should be treating anybody like that. I’m not sure if we will keep going to this location, but if we do, I hope they speak to her so she doesn’t do that to us or anyone else again.

While shopping on 5/14 in the afternoon I had a few items to try on, I think 10 or 12 items (I understand this might be a lot) and never did the(who I assume is the manager) working ask if she could help me with my items. When I asked to get a fitting room she mad a face when looking at how full my hands were and said “yes but you can’t take all those things in there” she looked at me like I was going to steal. I only had my keys and phone on me so I don’t know where I’m going to put all this merchandise if I’m going to steal. Then she only gave me 3 items at a time to try on (I was trying to mix and match items) and never once asked if I needed a different size (which I needed) and I had to track her down so she could give me 3 items at a time. She completely wasted my lunch hour for this and had the audacity to have an attitude with ME like I’m inconveniencing her. I would have purchased so much more if it weren’t for her sour attitude. Rude!
