It rocked. From start to finish. I'm new to the area, and was looking for a good Barber... (Not a salon - as they cannot shave your beard). Definitely found one in Dynasty Barbershop. Question is: Have you?

I've been getting my hair cut at Dynasty Barbershop for a while now, and the experience has always been top-notch. The shop is clean, professional, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The barbers are skilled, detail-oriented, and take pride in their work. Sammy is my guy! What stands out most is the consistency. Every cut is sharp, on time, and exactly what I ask for. The atmosphere is great, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about their clients and the quality of service they provide. If you're looking for a reliable barbershop with talented barbers and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Dynasty Barbershop.

Took my sons here today after another shop cancelled on us because their A/C went out. I called Dynasty and they told us to come in an hour. My sons are used to going to the stylist that I go to, but she recently moved away and we haven’t been able to find anyone new. With school starting soon I needed to find someone but I also knew that my teenage boys really want a dude to take care of the new age styles that all the kids have these days. Chino took my youngest (11) and did exactly as we showed him via a picture & was so nice. Omar took my oldest (15) who didn’t communicate properly nor show a picture, but he also doesn’t want Mom choosing for him anymore 🤨. My son thought he had the right verbiage, but he didn’t. And I was trying to give my oldest the freedom to choose his own style. And even though I didn’t like the result I was trying to commit to that freedom. After we left & had more errands to run, it was just eating at me everytime I looked at my son & I couldn’t get passed the amount of money spent for him to look like he didn’t even really get a fresh new cut for school & it didn’t seem shaped right. So, we went back. On the way back to the shop I asked my son—What words did you use? What result were you trying to get to? And show me a picture of what your idea is. When he showed me it was totally different than the result he got. This is not Omar’s fault. This is me & my sons fault. However, when we got back to the shop & explained the situation, the guys were so understanding & Franco said “come sit I got you!” Omar had already left for the day. We showed Franco a picture & we learned the lingo that my son should have properly said of what he had wanted originally. Franco did a fantastic job and then when he was done he wouldn’t take more payment nor tip when I tried. Instead, he thanked ME for coming back. That is true customer service even when it wasn’t his, nor Omar’s, or the shops fault at all. We will certainly be back & I really needed my boys to find a spot to be comfortable with for the future — this is the one. I am so grateful to Chino & Franco for being so cool & chill about the whole thing when we came back. I was nervous & don’t want to be a complainer. But it was a good chunk of money for the first go round that I just couldn’t leave it the way it was. Thank you guys for the superior service & helping a Mom just trying to navigate this teenage era & for my boys to represent who they are. I appreciate you very much for today 🤍
