I go to this arcade all the time and Debra is so sweet and nice!! She’s always there when we go helping us out with everything and they have really good prizes!!

My daughter wanted to play here after we were finished a round of bowling. I spent a total of $20. If you don’t already have a club card it will cost you a dollar to load your credits onto a card for the first time. $19 gave us 1900 in credits. Each game here costs between 100-300 credits. Please beware and watch to make sure your credits are actually loaded onto your card after playing and winning at their games. My daughter won 75 credits while playing at a claw machine but the credits never loaded. Luckily I was recording and went to the counter and showed a young lady who manually added the points for us.

5 machines were out of service. The one skeet ball machine that worked did not have any balls in it. Happen to pick the wrong prize out of the prize machine, asked the manager for an exchange or tickets back and she could not accommodate. I asked for credits back for the skeet ball machine that had no balls. She told me the credits were back on my card but nope they weren't. Waste of time and money. Will not be returning.
