My mother-in-law recently stopped by Better Buzz on her way to visit us, and the experience was so wonderful that she asked me to leave this review. She ordered two large oat milk matchas and two pastries. When she got to the window, she mentioned to the employees how much my husband and I love Better Buzz and that we actually prefer their matcha and coffee over Starbucks and Dutch Bros. When she received her order, she noticed the matchas were accidentally made as regulars instead of larges. The team remade both drinks as larges and insisted she keep the two small matchas as well. As if that wasn’t generous enough, Jake and Ashley also put together a bag of goodies for her to try, this was perfect as she’s more of a pastry lover than a caffeine drinker. She was genuinely surprised by their kindness and how they turned a simple mistake into such a positive experience. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Mistakes happen everywhere, but it’s how a business responds that really matters. Jake and Ashley went above and beyond, and because of employees like them, Better Buzz has earned loyal customers in our family! (: Thank you both for making my mother-in-law’s day. We’ll definitely continue recommending Better Buzz to everyone we know!

I came to Better Buzz Coffee for a caffeine boost and accidentally found my new personality trait. ☕ The coffee was so good it had me believing I could answer emails, go to the gym, and finally fold that pile of laundry that's been judging me all week. The staff was super friendly, the drinks were delicious, and the vibe was perfect, cozy enough to relax but energetic enough to convince you that today is the day you'll "get your life together." Whether you're a coffee fanatic or just here for the snacks, Better Buzz definitely lives up to the buzz. I'll be back... probably sooner than my wallet would like.

I love the food, the atmosphere and specially the service, particularly one of the crew Kenzie. She is really so helpful and went above and beyond at her job. She was really friendly and very accommodating which make us wants to go back and order again from her. Fast and accurate service. Five star all day for her.

I went to visit this location for the first time and it was an awesome experience! I got greeted the moment I walked in and the barista on the front recommended the heavenly cinnamon roll!
