Great experience with every person I met here. Everyone showed so much care and patience with my 19-year-old Pippeedeedoo, Pip for short. All of the doctors were very careful and gentle when examining him, especially when checking his mouth. They took their time and made sure not to upset him or get him worked up. From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell this clinic is run by a professional and caring staff. It’s clean, well organized, and doesn’t have that typical animal clinic smell. You can tell they take pride in both the care they provide and the way the clinic is maintained. I really appreciate how well they treated Pip and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality specialized veterinary care.

I took my standard poodle here for concerns for dilated cardiomyopathy and Dr. Forney and the staff was amazing. The space was clean, everyone was very professional from scheduling the appointment to taking a thorough history, to explaining the results and care plan. I would highly recommend.

The team at ACS is incredible. We are so lucky to have Dr. Forney in our area. The nurses were prepared with snacks for my Sphynx and even though he was nervous he was able to relax for the exam and testing. If your pet has a possible heart condition, come here for the peace of mind, the expertise, and the compassionate care!

Everyone was very nice. My anxious fur baby even felt comfortable (eventually). During the procedure, I noticed one of the nurses softly petting my puppy's paw, which we've made my heart feel good about going there. Dr. Forney explained everything very well and was so kind to my baby boy.

Our dog Dunder has seen Dr. Forney and his team every 6-12 months since being diagnosed with heart disease years ago. Even though I'm nervous before every appointment about what her diagnostics might show, I genuinely look forward to our visits. Everyone who works there is so wonderful and caring, and after all these years I feel like I truly know the receptionists, vet techs, and nurses. That kind of consistency says everything about how well this practice is run. They are incredibly thorough with Dunder and let you stay present during exams and tests to comfort your dog, which means so much to me. Appointments run like a well-oiled machine and we never wait long. In between visits, they're just as responsive by email or phone. And Dr. Forney is simply the best. He discusses results right away, answers every question, and is rational, reassuring, and pragmatic without ever scaring us. Dunder's medications have actually improved her heart over the years, and we owe that to him. I trust him completely. We're so lucky to have a specialty cardiologist like him in Southern Nevada and I just wish they did more than cardiology!
