Clean and well maintained facility. For me, a four star rating. The wet sauna is constantly out of service.

I love 24 fitness anywhere But it’s been 7 month in summerlin gym and I paid for machines service and at the same time there machines out of use because it’s need maintenance and that’s since I came to the gym . I hope you guys see my comment and I hope you accept and work on it to fix it and that’s because I really like your gym

Very poor customer service. The staff doesn't know how to treat a customer, especially the assistant manager.
