Just when it seemed like The District at Green Valley Ranch had everything, it went and upped the ante. The upscale open-air center in Henderson — right off the 215, over by Green Valley Parkway — just added four fresh names to its already stacked lineup. If you haven’t strolled those palm-lined walkways lately, it might be time to revisit.

Vestar, the retail powerhouse behind the center, has signed deals totaling 9,000 square feet of new lease space, pushing occupancy to a very healthy 95%. Translation? The District is buzzing.

Here’s who’s joining the party:

• California Closets: Custom storage solutions that actually make you want to open your closet door. (Opened in December)
• Solidcore: High-intensity, low-impact workouts with a cult following. (Opened in December)
• Glo30: Personalized skincare, facial memberships, and glow-ups galore. (Opening March)
• Evereve: A modern women’s boutique bringing curated style with a laid-back edge. (Opening Summer)

The District isn’t new to having an impressive tenant roster. From Urth Caffé and Flower Child to lululemon and REI, it's already a favorite for locals looking to eat clean, shop smart, or just grab an overpriced latte in peace. The new additions only deepen that mix, blending wellness, fashion, and a bit of aspirational organization (looking at you, California Closets).

And it’s not just about what’s in the stores. With events, seasonal pop-ups, and a pedestrian-friendly layout, The District continues to position itself as Henderson's lifestyle anchor — a spot where errands meet brunch, and fitness classes are just a few steps from happy hour.

So whether you're in it for a new skincare routine, a stronger core, or a dream closet makeover, there’s something waiting for you.
