Nearly 500 rooms and suites are being transformed to offer high-end finishes, smart tech, and resort-style comfort—right in the heart of Henderson.

- West Tower: The first phase is already underway, featuring 98 deluxe king rooms and 64 double-queen rooms (each ~495 sq ft), plus 37 premium suites, all with high-end finishes like marble bath surfaces, LED vanity mirrors, smart TVs, Nespresso machines, plush robes, analog alarm clocks, and automated lighting .
- Suite Highlights: Suites in the West Tower include sophisticated materials such as Calacatta marble, hand-finished woodwork, spa-style bathrooms with soaking tubs, and entertainment systems. Selected suites also come with patios or balconies, and some offer butler service.
- Strip Suite & Penthouse: The showpiece is a 2,790 sq ft Strip Suite on the top floor, featuring a rooftop terrace, tiger-onxy bar, butler’s kitchen, and art installations—evoking a high-end private residence.
📅 Timeline & Scope
- Completion Timing: West Tower rooms open starting this fall (~Oct 1 for Deluxe Rooms). East Tower, South Lobby, and convention areas scheduled for completion in 2026.
- Scale & Design: All 493 rooms and suites across both towers (422 rooms + 71 suites) are being remodeled in phases by Station Casinos in collaboration with Avenue Interior Design.
