If you’re a pet owner in Henderson, 3rd Reef Pet Supplies & Dog-Wash is one of those local spots that makes everyday pet care a little easier. Located at 80 N. Pecos Rd., Suite C in Henderson, NV 89074, this family-run pet supply and dog-wash shop serves Henderson and Las Vegas pet families with a focus on health, wellness, and practical convenience.

What I like about 3rd Reef is that it feels like a true neighborhood resource. Since 2018, they’ve been helping local pet owners find better options for their dogs and cats, from quality food to supplements, treats, grooming products, and self-wash access. It’s the kind of shop where you can pick up supplies and also get your dog cleaned up without turning your bathroom into a splash zone.

The pet supply side is built around wellness-focused products. 3rd Reef carries kibble, wet food, freeze-dried diets, raw diets, supplements, and limited-ingredient treats for sensitive pets. For owners dealing with picky eaters, allergies, digestion issues, coat concerns, or just wanting higher-quality options, that curated approach can be really helpful.

A few reasons 3rd Reef Pet Supplies & Dog-Wash stands out:

• Pet supply store in Henderson NV
• Self-service dog wash
• Quality pet food and treats
• Limited-ingredient treats for sensitive pets
• Kibble, wet food, freeze-dried, and raw diets
• Pet supplements and wellness products
• Brands like Open Farm, FirstMate, Smallbatch Pets, Skout’s Honor, and Earth Animal
• No appointment needed for the self-wash
• Self-wash open 6 days a week
• Locally owned neighborhood pet shop
• Good for Henderson and Las Vegas pet families

The self-service dog wash is a big practical win. Anyone with a dusty, muddy, shedding, or larger dog knows that at-home baths can get messy fast. Having a self-wash station gives owners a cleaner and easier way to bathe their pets, especially after hikes, dog park visits, road trips, or ordinary desert life.

I also like that this business sits inside the same local footprint as 3rd Reef Divers, which gives it a unique Henderson personality. It’s not every day you find a dive shop connected with a pet supply and dog-wash business, but that local, family-run mix is exactly what makes small businesses memorable.

My take is this: 3rd Reef Pet Supplies & Dog-Wash is a strong Henderson local favorite for pet owners who want better food options, helpful products, and an easy self-service dog wash close to home. Whether you’re picking up pet food, trying a new supplement, shopping for sensitive-stomach treats, or giving your dog a much-needed bath, this is a local business worth supporting.
