About the role

What you'll do

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their objectives
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and time frame
• Coordinate sales effort with internal team members and other departments

What you'll bring

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• crushing/aggregates, mining or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Highly motivated and target/goal driven
• Familiarity w/CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
