Telling Your Story: A How-to Discussion

Join award-winning author Pat Murphy for an interactive discussion on how to turn an idea into a story or novel. Pat will share the questions she asks herself as she plots a story or a novel. You’ll learn a step-by-step process that can help you generate a story starting from an idea or a situation – or rethink the plot of a work-in-progress that has you stumped.

This event is presented by the Marydean Martin Writers’ Project and Scorpion Book Club, programs of the Office for the Arts at Nevada State University. For more information about our arts programming, visit our webpage and follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and X at @NevadaStateArts.
