Eating Smart, Being Active

Classes begin September 17th. For those who attend all 8 classes you will receive a cutting board, water bottle, grocery pad list, produce brush, cook safe magnet, food and refrigerator thermometers, work out DVD, measuring cups and spoons, cookbook, and an insulated bag.
