I love this little spot! The lighting, the ambiance, the welcoming & friendly faces are just wonderful. The Hamachi & Cavier is DELICIOUS 😋 Alexis is my favorite bartender 🍷 She is patient & attentive to her bar. She is also able to make lovely wine suggestions.
★★★★★ Wineaux was the highlight of our stay at the JW Marriott Summerlin and one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Las Vegas. What impressed us most was the attention to detail. The oysters were among the best-prepared I’ve ever had. The shells were meticulously cleaned, the oyster was already detached from the shell for easy slurping, and each one was dressed with a cucumber mignonette that perfectly complemented the briny freshness. It sounds like a small thing, but the care and precision elevated the entire experience. We followed that with the Hamachi & Caviar, which was absolutely outstanding. Bright, fresh, beautifully balanced, and the kind of dish that makes you immediately start planning your next visit. As a whisky enthusiast, I was thrilled to find a bottle of Campbeltown Loch on the list at a very fair price. It’s not something you see everywhere, and it was a treat to enjoy a pour while looking over the menu. The sausage roll was another surprise standout. Wrapped in flaky puff pastry and packed with flavor, it was comforting, rich, and executed perfectly. To finish, we shared the Crab Louie, which was fresh, generous, and a great ending to the meal. The service was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The atmosphere strikes a wonderful balance between upscale wine bar and neighborhood favorite. Wineaux feels like exactly the kind of restaurant Summerlin has needed—something sophisticated but approachable, with a thoughtful food and beverage program that rewards people who love great ingredients and great hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back. If you’re staying at the JW Marriott, don’t make the mistake of overlooking this place. It was the standout experience of our visit.
Excellent wine, food and service! Pascal was so amazing, friendly and kept our wine flowing. I would highly recommend visiting him (and this lovely establishment)!

We are coming now for a few months and we really love the place. I especially enjoy their steak tartare with a glass of Chardonnay My husband loves to try everything so he chooses something different every time.
