Great food, great service & reasonable prices for high quality, tasty food! I'm happy to see their steak & egg special is now 24 hours and the sweet potato tater tots are an unexpected delight! Tip: Order them without sugar topping--not needed as they are tasty enough! Exceptional, fresh food and all the wait staff were cheerful with bright smiles!! Get them all big honkin' raises!!
If you haven't been served by Maria on the swing shift, you haven't experienced The Village Pub at its finest. I've walked into a lot of restaurants over the years, and most of the time, the service is forgettable — functional at best, invisible at worst. Maria is the complete opposite of that. From the moment she acknowledges you, there's something different happening. It's not rehearsed. It's not scripted. It's genuine — and in this industry, that is genuinely rare. Maria carries herself with the kind of quiet professionalism that only comes from someone who actually takes pride in what they do. All our years going to Village pubs all over the valley. I have to say this was quite a disappointing visit (desert shores). Food came out cold. 2 plates had to sent back to be warmed up. We understand understaffed issues everywhere, and it being the end of school year, and start of vacations. But I rather wait longer for quality, installed of speed and low quality. We will continue to visit Village Pubs, just not sure about this one.
