This buisness is run right. The food is good. I haven't had it but my wife is crazy about the queso birria tacos and she rarely eats meat. On the service side it's what you'd expect from a great restaurant that you're a patron at.
Tried their asada taco today and the quality was good! Wifey had the quesabirria with consome and was delicious 😋
10 out of 10. A must try! I Will be back for sure. Everything I ordered very flavorful & tasted so authentic. Generous portions & prices. No lie this food truck is of the very best that I’ve tried in a while in Las Vegas. Luckily they’re 5 minutes from my home too. I was too hungry to take pictures and after the first bite I definitely wish I would’ve for those who are wanting to “see before they buy” Check out their social media the photos you see online are exactly what you get in person.
Fantastic food fantastic service good people’s and very polite amazing food get 3 asada tacos onion cilantro beans and rice sides for 16$ you got a plate of that good stuff

Quesa Birria was so good the consomé was the bomb! So delicious! I will definitely be buying again.
