This bowling alley is very nice. It has been well maintained, and is quite clean. I love that there are lanes on both walls, and lots of extra seating in-between. It's interesting that it's actually a quaint bowling alley, (compared to many of the others.) but yet still spacious. The staff appears to be customer service orientated, which is rare to find anywhere.

The senior woman working on the morning of April 6, 2026 is completely incompetent and rude and treated us like utter crap today. Our friends got there early and got 2 lanes. We got there and asked to make it 3 lanes because there were 9 of us. 3 to a lane is reasonable and we have a son who is autistic so waiting for 4 other people to bowl would be hard. She said there weren’t 3 next to each other. I said right there are 3, the cleaner already went by. She said no there weren’t and we had to be on 2 lanes. So she for some reason moved the friends already at their current location to 2 different lanes. I said watch, this lane next to us will have someone put there. And sure enough, a minute later a party of 3 next in line got put there. So there were 3 lanes next to each other. She lied!!!! It was a private party, not a league group, and there were many other lanes on the other side open for them to be put (including the 2 lanes are friends were just moved from). I just couldn’t believe her blatant nastiness for no reason. It ruined the entire experience and my autistic son was agitated for much of the time. Why in the world would she do that to us? I’ll pass on this alley in the future if that’s how you treat people.

the bartender told me he closed the bar early bc "he helped too many black people and wasn't getting enough tips" all while staying downstairs gambling and drinking...then the actual lanes decided to close our lanes 10 mins to closing even when we had a few frames left. Just go to any other alley..avoid this place at all costs

Not the spot. Pricing is per person, per game not just per game.

no coffee in the morning at either the bar or snack shop is unacceptable.
