Every individual I interacted with, no matter their role, i.e., from surgeon to kitchen staff, treated me with care and kindness and made sure all of my needs were met. What an amazing hospital and staff. I'm so thankful that I was sent to Summerlin Hospital for my emergency surgery! I met some people that I will never forget.

I had to visit Summerlin Hospital ER on the evening of July 29, 2026, and although the ER was extremely busy, the level of care I received was exceptional. A special thank you to Jocelyn Aguirre, APRN, for being so thorough, compassionate, and professional. She took my concerns seriously, ordered the appropriate testing, and made sure I left with a clear treatment plan. I truly felt heard and cared for. I’d also like to recognize Marcus, my nurse, for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent care throughout my visit. And a very special shoutout to Todd S. He had an incredible sense of humor and somehow managed to make me laugh when my anxiety was at its highest. His kindness and personality made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’ll never forget that. From the moment I arrived until I was discharged, I felt that everyone genuinely cared about my well-being. Thank you to the entire Summerlin Hospital ER team for providing outstanding care. I left feeling informed, reassured, and truly appreciated. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for a job exceptionally well done.
All staff were great, answered all questions, were knowledgeable on what to do, very helpful I had an exploratory heart catheter procedure, the staff in the OR were extremely efficient, as I lay there, awake yet under a pain/relaxing medication, I was waiting for Dr Sy to start, but they were already done, and although this was an outpatient procedure, thanks for the dinner, I hadn’t ate since the night before and was hungry
I usually can't stand hospitals. While I was in the hospital I was treated with respect and love. The staff was more than Pleasant and more than helpful. I highly recommend it.
The staff was pleasant, courteous and quite knowledgeable. My experience was excellent. Nursing staff was amazing!
