Traveling through and DESPERATELY needed a cut. I was talked into layers about 18 months ago, it looked awful and I’ve been trying to grow it out to get it back to a blunt cut. Made the appointment with Caitlynn for color and cut. Caitlynn did the color (great job) but her mom did the cutting because Caitlynn had another client. My hair looks great, for the 1st time in a long time. Next time we are in this area, I will be back.
I found my new salon! I expressed my concerns, and what I was looking for and she came up with a plan that immediately made me happy. And I am so excited to continue going back.
May 8, 2026 they hosted a Mother’s Day event for free haircuts and facials. Abigail was such a sweetheart. She was the esthetician, she was super informative about taking care of my face, and talked so calm and friendly that I could truly relax in her care. My face felt amazing after!!! I haven’t gone to a salon to have my haircut in about 7 years. I’ve been impulsively box dying, bleaching and snipping it off more frequently than I should…I took this event as an opportunity to silence my hairs scream for help. I have had my hair very long (even though it was very damaged) since I was in high school (2014-2017, just for a time reference). I was terrified because I wanted as much damage off as possible, without going too short. While Caitlynn was taking the scissors to my hair, my mind was panicking. I had to keep telling myself it was for the better. When she was done, I was in shock. A LOT shorter than I have been used to for over 10 years. But in awe at how much healthier my curls looked. They actually bounce now, and spiral all the way to the ends, instead of curling at the top and laying limp at the bottom. I had to get used to having short hair, but now I am ecstatic. My hair looks SO GOOD. I will definitely come back before I ruin my hair again lol!!! Thank you all so much!!!
I had been in search for a new stylist as mine had moved away. A friend of mine had just had her hair done at Rock N Beauty and I loved her results. Booked my appointment with Caitlynn and she did not disappoint. She was very meticulous with her work and listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair. She specializes in nails but I have not had the opportunity to get my nails done by her yet. She also does custom acrylic sets. So make sure to ask her about that if that is your thing. Her mother who owns the shop works along side Caitlynn and they make an incredible mother and daughter team. The shop itself is also quite remarkable as well. I love the esthetics. It has a vintage Rockabilly theme that I absolutely love. It’s clean and well maintained. Well worth my time and money.
I found my new favorite place to get my hair and nails done I’m so happy. So I got to add to this review cuz I can only write one. So this is the best place you can go for nails hair everything! The price the environment and there products. It’s my happy place and I will never go anywhere else!
Alesia did my fantasy hair color perfectly! I requested dark brown with teal under and teal highlights through the front top! Love how my hair feels and looks! Alesia is a great conversationalist and the atmosphere in the salon is super cute and comfortable, 10 out of 10 recommend coming to Rock N Beauty!
