I was having medical problems, and I was trying to understand the Medicare advantage plan. Lucky for me I found Gary Allen.
Gary took the time that I needed to sit down and explain all aspects of the plan, he helped me find a primary care provider, any help me fill out all of the documents so I could get enrolled in the plan.
I appreciate Gary’s attention to detail. He explained many aspects of the plan so that I can understand them.
Gary even made special arrangements with me to meet outside of the traditional workday, in order to accommodate my schedule.
I have been enrolled in the plan since the beginning of 2024 and I couldn’t be happier.

I wanted to share how happy I am with the customer service I received from Gary. We met at a dinner meeting where I found him to be very competent and knowledgeable in his field. He was patient, responsive and personable. He followed up with telephone and texts messages regarding my questions, medications and needs. I met Gary Allen recently at a Medicare seminar that he sponsored. I was so happy to have received the invitation to the seminar because I was just about to turn 65 years old and I was getting bombarded with Medicare mail. My head was spinning and I didn’t know where to start. That night Gary cleared up some of the questions I had and simplified things in my mind which gave me some peace. Since then I’ve met with Gary a couple of times, once at my house and once at his office. I find Gary to be very personable and likable. That largely plays into who I am and who I’m comfortable with. Gary has also been very responsive and communicates well which is nice. I’m all about long term relationships and Gary is someone I feel like I will be friends with for a long time both professionally and personally. Prior to posting this review I saw the review that the David fella left for Gary. I recognized him as the guy I sat right next to at the same seminar and I can tell you he is a type A+++ personality. Very high strung. Anyone who would get upset enough to do damage to their car just for simply being asked to supply their meds list again you have to question. Even went as far as to contact Gary’s boss’s. Seriously?? I would put no stock at all in to that review and consider the source. Believe me, you will like Gary and he will take care of you.
I was so fortunate to meet Gary through one of his happy clients! He invited us to a nice lunch with a few others where he provided us a very informative presentation. That was followed by a question/answer time. We filled out a simple contact form and I left very happy! Next up were a couple phone called and I scheduled Gary to come to my home. We went back over all my medications in person, which I appreciated his attention to detail. And then we went over my three top options. By the time Gary left I knew I’d made a friend. Someone I can pick up the phone and call for any questions. If he doesn’t have an instant answer he will get the answer and call me back! The thing I like most is the personal attention he gave me. Making sure I understood this crazy world of Medicare and other insurance. It’s very confusing so I recommend Gary to help you through.
When I turned 65, my wife and I wanted to better understand how Medicare worked, so we attended several free seminars in Henderson offered by insurance agents. Through these seminars, we learned a lot. The final presentation we attended was given by Gary, and we were impressed by how clearly he explained everything. He also came across as a genuinely kind person. We decided to work with him, and Gary has been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend anyone looking for retirement guidance to reach out to Gary.
