This was our first time at Niku Bomb and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The quality of the meat was excellent, the AYCE sushi was fantastic, and we loved being able to cook everything exactly how we wanted at the table. Service was great, the restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was a lot of fun. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we’d come back. One of our favorite dining experiences in Las Vegas so far.
Went on a Tuesday and wasn't too crowded. Food and service was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Perfect place to get great food without the wait and noise.
Really good japanese bbq. Also the location is amazing. The food is really freaking good. The service is amazing.
Im glad to have found this place. Less complicated, affordable menu and prompt service. We'll definitely come back.
In A Nutshell: -Niku is an okay place to eat some bbq. -This is one if the strictest AYCE restaurants too. -For $30 which is the lowest tier you are restricted to one round of Korean Galbi & NY Steak. -You also CAN NOT order more than one meat dish at a time. -You have 90 minutes from start to finish, which is a normal AYCE is almost too much time, BUT... -I noticed that even though 10 people work at the small restaurant, they will take their time to ask or bring out more which makes the 90 mins seem like very little time. -The meats are good quality at least & you do a decent amount. -I like the $20 pitcher of Sapporo draft. Overall, I dislike going to restaurants like this where you feels like everything is tightly controlled. Not sure I will come back again, if the price dropped to $25, I would
I give this place a 7 out of 10. The staffs performance was a little poor but the food was amazing.
