My pink flamingo smoothie was awesome as always. I tried the waffles with avocado very tasty and the waffle with berries was great (shared with coworker) they immediately set up an acct to order from app. Great service will be back soon.
The ease of online ordering and location, as well as the taste and size of the smoothie were outstanding.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service these young ladies provided. Not too sure if it’s the unfortunate curse of their generation or the fact that customer service just isn’t coached upon in this establishment. Having had been an assistant GM for Nékter many years ago, I was so disappointed/sad that the workers knew very little about the products they had to offer let alone did not smile nor help take my order. (I had to ask if they were going to help me) I love seeing an eager smile WILLING to help, even if they may not know the products well (maybe they just started) as long as they are happy, friendly, and helpful; it makes a huge difference. Something as simple as a smile goes such a long way! I hope for Nekters sake they do better as far as coaching when it comes to customer service. I’ll be back, because I LOVE Nekter, it’s just too bad that customer service has gone down the way side :(
