It is so hard to find places in Las Vegas that are this clean and have friendly employees. I seriously can’t say enough how hesitant I was to pay the admission but it was so refreshing to be treated so kindly and to see staff constantly cleaning drips and spills. There are also hand sanitizer stations outside every exhibit. This could have been such a different experience if not for the well managed employees and facilities!! It’s definitely loud and lots of stimulation but it’s a great experience. It was a little tight with the stroller in some places but was a concierge and they offered to check strollers and bags. I was surprised how much time we spent! And there was a magic show, we didn’t see it but we heard about it… I think the closest place to park is the garage but it looked like there was a tram from the lot. Not sure where it picked up and dropped off though.
I'm giving this 5 stars but overall it's more like a 4. The ice cream saved it. I went during the afternoon on a Thursday. I figured it would be packed but not like it was!!! Kids everywhere, adults acting like children, people bumping into one another, just chaos! If you have sensory issues I do not recommend this place. Luckily I was with my husband at the time and he helped with my sensory overload! But all in all, it was a beautiful shade of pink, all the ice cream and toppings you can eat...very cute interactions with the staff! Everyone is friendly and super nice. We will definitely be back! Also, that pineapple upside down cake ice cream ...chefs kiss!!!! Amazing! I suggest buying your tickets in advance and signing the waiver. It really held up the line when the waiver isn't signed. Also, if you plan on coming with a large party, get there early.
The Great Swirlini was one of the highlights of our visit to the Museum of Ice Cream! His magic was genuinely impressive, but what made the experience so special was his personality. He was funny, engaging, and had a wonderful way of getting everyone involved, no matter their age. Our whole family was smiling and laughing, and he created a memorable moment we’ll be talking about for a long time. If you get the chance to see The Great Swirlini perform, don’t miss it! He adds so much joy and wonder to the Museum of Ice Cream experience. Thank you for making our visit so magical!
the experience was cool but the people working there made it amazing. Neo G was so helpful and was kind enough to help me and my family take photos in the smores room. Sour Candy and Angels Sweet served my sweet treat, they’re the absolute most kindest people and gave us WONDERFUL customer service. Lastly, Dream in the chapel room was so kind and made us laugh, he also made kind conversation and complimented our bracelets. wonderful customer service.
