Went in expecting above market pricing like most shops are now and was met with great service and the owners were happy to check tcg player and ebay solds along some other markets to check pricing. Brought in some things to trade and was glad to hear they offered buying at a expect shop buying price but an outstanding trading at 80%. Me and my boys will be back for sure.
Fantastic shop owner with seriously stunning sealed product and amazing singles! Mtg Yu-Gi-Oh Pokemon one piece and plenty of pokemon plush!
I’ve visited this store a couple of times, the second time I came in Cassie helped me.. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. She suggested I go on their website to view their singles and then I can come back to pick it up. When I came back to pick up my order, she actually remembered my name and greeted me, which really impressed me. It’s those little personal touches that make such a difference. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days, and Cassie truly made my experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be back!
Came to Vegas with my wife and we decided to checkout the local shops in search for cards to help with my Chikorita collection. Out of 8 shops we checked, they had the most. Was able to complete a big chunk of my collection and while we waited for the cards, we got to chat with one of the owners. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about Pokemon and all the plushies she had. We picked up an oddish one and it was perfectly priced. I’d recommend them if you’re looking plushies, Pokemon, yugioh, and other tcg products. Will definitely come back.
First time going in and as the saying goes, big things come in small packages. Tiny shop with a wide assortment of singles and hard to find sealed product. The customer service was great! I didnt get the name of the woman who assisted me but she was sweet. Great little gem shop worth a peek inside! Also loved the assortment of plushies! Will be going back even though I live kinda far lol. Thank you!
Great shop with so many options! And every one is very sweet.
