We recently had our roof replaced, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Eric was excellent to work with—he explained every detail about the insurance claim and walked us through each step of the roof and gutter replacement. As someone who isn’t familiar with roofing work, I really appreciated how clear and reassuring Eric was throughout. The team finished the roof in just one day, and the gutters were put in the following day. Eric also handled everything with our insurance company, making things much easier for us. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely recommend this roofing company to friends and neighbors.
we have only positive things to say about eric and the whole team at Las Vegas Roofing Service. he helped us come up with a roof design that not only worked for our house but really matched the craftsman look we wanted. eric explained all the options to us as we decided to go with a metal roof. the office staff was amazing, always putting customers first, which you don't always see these days. the installation crew really knew their roofing materials and even impressed the inspector with how well they followed the manufacturer's guidelines. they finished the job fast and cleaned up the area better than most contractors. eric was always patient with us as we were building our first house, keeping in touch every week to check our progress and update us about the crew's schedule so we could pick the best install date. we’re very happy we chose this company, and if we ever need roofing work again, we’ll call them.
I reached out to Las Vegas Roofing Service for a roofing quote and Eric was able to visit the same day. The estimate provided was clear and thorough. Before starting the job, Eric checked in with us to confirm the schedule and let us know when the crew would arrive. The team showed up right on time each morning and worked diligently throughout the day. Our new roof looks fantastic, and you wouldn’t even know the crew had been here—they cleaned up all the old materials and left everything spotless. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing roofing work; they are professional, friendly, and do excellent work.
When I needed a new roof on my home in Las Vegas, I reached out for a quote and got a quick response from Eric, who was very knowledgeable. The estimate for a GAF roof system with HDZ shingles was one of the best I received, and any extra repair costs were explained clearly and kept affordable. Eric also let me know about the GAF Roof for Troops rebate, which was a great bonus. The roofing crew was very professional and efficient. They worked together smoothly, making sure every part of the installation was done right and on time. The team was clearly well-trained in installing the GAF roof system, and I noticed they always followed good safety practices, even on the steeper sections of my roof. They also made sure to take extra care around my landscaping, which my wife really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend these roofing specialists for anyone in Las Vegas who needs roof repairs or a full replacement. I’ve already told my neighbor about their great service since she’s also thinking about getting her roof replaced.
I am really pleased with the roofing work Las Vegas Roofing Service did for me. I didn’t expect to need a roofer so often this season, but I’m glad I found the right company! One of my properties needed a totally new roof, and the finished result looks fantastic. The crew made sure to keep the area tidy and cleaned up everything after the job was done. On another property, they capped the chimney and repaired a roof leak that had been left from a previous roofer’s work. Eric was extremely helpful and always quick to reply to any questions I had. I really appreciated his careful attention to detail. He took plenty of photos of the finished repairs, which not only showed the high-quality work, but also made it easy for me to get an insurance discount—plus, I didn’t need to get up on the roof myself in the hot Las Vegas sun! Their contract was detailed yet simple to read, making it easy to understand what to expect and how to get ready for the roofing project. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing roof repairs or a new roof in Las Vegas.
After reaching out to Las Vegas Roofing Service, Johnathan came to our home promptly and thoroughly explained each step of the roofing process following a detailed inspection. The quote for replacing our entire roof and all the plywood was very reasonable and fit comfortably within our budget. Once everything was scheduled, the team arrived on time and, in just one day, installed all new plywood and shingles. The roof turned out looking amazing, thanks to Eric and the crew’s great workmanship. We highly recommend this company for anyone looking for top-quality roofing at a fair price.
