Heidi, Michael's partner at Home Realty Center, helped us sell my mom's house in Sun City. We interviewed four or five brokers before selecting Heidi - it was not a difficult decision. Heidi distinquished herself with her local knowledge, analysis of the comps, and her professionalism. Heidi helped us price the house right, not too high or low, which was especially important because we are not Las Vegas residents. And, she definitely got it right. The first day the house was on the market, we got an asking price office from a seller whose agent Heidi had reached out to. I have purchased and sold a home with Michael Delgais. While I imagine most real estate agents do a fine job, I would not hire anyone before Michael.
