Definitely would highly recommend FM Insurance and specifically Johan, who is very insightful and knowledgeable and his industry. FM Insurance/Foremost was the only company willing to insure a 1950s House thats went through 2 or more MAJOR insurance claims by the previous owner. Who knew that Vegas insurer are starting to drop old homes and unwilling to insure them?
Johan is phenomenal!!!! An agent who cares, diligent, patient to explain the ins and outs of insurance terms, rules, discount qualifications, etc. We've been through different agents before. Johan is a reminder of why we need human live agents with empathy, care and local understanding of things. We been with FM Insurance for more than a year. During that time Johan and partner bought the company/mgmt change, which seems to benefit us since service and quality care has been better. With the old company mgmt, we were planning to leave this company but couldn't find another company to insure us.
We gotten so many great tips from them, myth busters and more. One of the biggest issues we have with insurance agents/companies is when refinancing or mortgage loan sold a month after home purchase. Johan was able to explain why the system is broken and how we can be proactive about things....so that our home insurance isn't cancelled again!! Also, he was super helpful during refi crunch time, and working with our mortgage agents to make sure our refi was done in time.

What a wonderful change of pace it has been working with Johan and the team at FM Insurance group. Unlike our current insurance company, and others that we called, our calls were returned quickly. Johan and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to do business with. They answered our questions and followed up with us immediately. On top of that, they were able to find an insurance company that saved us several hundred dollars over our current rates. I recommend them highly for all of your insurance needs.
