I took my friend there after our graveyard shift. I was starving and i was glad to find out that they serve food 24/7. We received excellent service from Ryan, the bartender. He was very attentive and we lacked for nothing! He gave us some menu recommendations which we appreciated since it was our first visit. I'm definitely going back---i want to try their burgers😋
We have been to Distill locations all over town, and are never disappointed. The food and service are always great. And the Happy Hour is a full step up from some other places! When we are looking to unwind with a nice drink and a good variety of casual menu choices, Distill is a good option.
Brian the bartender at the Cheyenne location on Saturday is my favorite part of this bar! He is always consistent and speedy but more than that he lights up the bar with great conversation and great laughs. He is the reason I will continue to come to this bar! Definitely one of the best bartenders Ive had the pleasure of meeting
As long as Brian the bartender is working this will be my weekend spot. He makes us feel like we are home the moment we walk in. The drinks are delicious and consistent the service is fast food is great and the smiles and laughs that he brings from the moment we walk until we leave are irreplaceable.
We live across the street and frequent this location. I don't know what's happened, but they aren't on their game this month! this morning we went over for a late breakfast and didn't get waited on for a while. It wasn't busy at all, in fact we were the only table in the restaurant. The waitress was helping a guy at the counter when we got there and she said she'd be right with us. We waited quite a while, she didn't return, and we decided to move on. As my husband was standing up, I glanced at her counter and she was texting on her phone! After we got her attention, the food and service was fine, but we were there until almost 1pm! Three other instances this month too! We had friends visiting from out of state. We wandered over for breakfast and the blonde bartender took our order. She did say the server wouldn't be in until 10am. A few other tables arrived and after a while I noticed they were being served but we never were. It was over a half hour before we got our food. Mine was cold, I think it had been cooked but never delivered. The english muffin was hard and cold, butter could not have melted on it. I could hardly stab it with my fork! The server took forever getting our check. Our guests were not impressed! His wife went outside to take a walk in the sun until we could get our check - again there a VERY long time! I went over with a friend for drinks and a bite. She wanted to gamble so we were up at the bar. Two other ladies sat at the corner of the bar. We got our first drink fine but were not waited on again. The other ladies ordered drinks and food and both bartenders came over to chat with them. My friend caught the guy's eye and he quickly grabbed her another drink but didn't glance at me right by her. We ordered food to eat at the near table. Food came out fine and great. We weren't checked on again; no drinks were offered. In fact, we didn't get our check. I finally got up and went to the bar for a check. The guy said yeah, but then moved to the other side of the bar to look at the screen and didn't come back over. The server still didn't return. I finally caught the eye of the other bar tender to pay my bill. Lastly, my husband and I went over for a few drinks and our favorite ckn quesadilla. The snack was so salty, it wasn't edible. The second one came out fine! I'm not a picky person, but this place is going downhill fast! Bummer
Ordered a burger and a BLT through UberEats. The burger was ordered as a medium. It came literally raw. Just look at the pictures. The BLT was ordered for somebody that's allergic to eggs with no mayonnaise, and it had mayonnaise all over it. Just look at the pictures. Uber Eats has only refunded the BLT, but not the burger. Called the restaurant, and they wanted us to come down there so they could make it for us again, which we can't, which is the whole point of Uber Eats.
