It was a wonderful experience. I had a pedicure done. My feet were hideous and by the time Hannah was done my feet look great! They were restored to their natural beauty!!! Thank you Hannah!!! I will be back!!!

The technician conducting my pedicure was just simply rude. After she made the water too hot twice I guess I must have put my foot rapidly in the bowl and I guess it tore the bag for the back came a loose some kind of way. But then the technician snaps at me and I need to be more careful and I'm like you about to burn my feet up with the temperature of the water. So she does go to adjust the temperature she replaces the bag but then she just has a totally nasty attitude the whole time and I'm just like ma'am let me just leave so it doesn't get uglier than it's already getting. And I thought it was also best to leave because she was speaking so low under her mask and she said she had to put the mask on because of the chemicals. And then I thought well if you can't do this job without that mess so that I can hear your instructions with my feet I definitely need to leave because we have a communication issue and then you also got an attitude. So she begins speaking in a different language that I can't understand and I just thought like she's being rude for no reason. I offered to pay for the service several times before leaving because it was at least a quarter or a Third Way completed but the manager or owner told me I did not have to pay so I left. But that still doesn't fix why that technician was being so rude and nasty. I'm still not understanding why she got frustrated with me because she made the water so hot and I had to tell her it was too hot. And then she started talking to me all rude because the bag broke in the pedicure bowl. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this one.
Extremely expensive for no reason. They charged my small daughter $120 for nails & toes when she didn’t even get gel. The guy in there is absolutely HORRIBLE at his job. Not even sure why he’s there. Management didn’t care. She just seemed annoyed that I complained
