Just moved to the NLV area and a friend referred me to this place with a pup I recently rescued. She was in pretty bad shape and they were so kind and caring to her. She is set for surgery for dental and to remove a mass. Everyone from the receptionist to all the techs and the vet were amazing. I highly recommend this place for your fur babies. Let's hope they remain as kind and caring.

Clean business, friendly staff, reasonable recheck fees and knowledgeable vets. Lobby is well lit and we're always greeted when we walk in and are asked how things have been going since they last saw us. Happy to continue bringing our dog here!

The customer service is excellent. The individuals working the reception desk make me and my pets feel special. Especially Jordan and Ny, they treat us like we are their best friends. The veterinarians and the Vet techs are knowledgeable and caring. They treat my dogs like they are caring for their own dogs. We have had excellent outcomes in the treatments of my dogs ailments due to the knowledge and expertise of these professionals. A special shoutout to Dr. Lockhart, she is absolutely great. I could write an essay on what I like about CANAH. I would highly recommend them. And ask for Dr. Lockhart.

Every person that had helped me here is friendly and professional except for 1 person. I made an appointment at 11am and showed up 7 mins late. I filled out the paperwork and handed it to the front desk. At 12pm, I went to the front desk to ask for an update on the wait time and I was talking to a guy. Another woman came up, and made a comment to him saying I was 26 mins late and I had to be put in as a walk-in. It was my fault that I was late but instead of talking about me like I wasn’t standing right there, she could’ve talked to me directly. I highly doubt it took me 19 mins to fill out that 1 page of paperwork. I don’t have an issue with waiting since it was my fault but don’t talk about people like they aren’t standing right in front of you and exaggerate how late they were. I didn’t go back and forth, just thanked the guy that I was originally talking to for the update he gave me. The entire team was extremely professional which I appreciate but maybe train everyone to have the same level of customer service as the rest of the team
